Event Details 2023
IRONMAN Ireland Cork takes place this year on the weekend of 18-20th August.
Thursday 17th - Expo and Merchandise Opens at 14:00
Friday 18th - Races kick-off with IRONKIDS at 15:00 - 18:00
Saturday 19th - IRONMAN 70.3 - 07:00 from Front Strand*
Sunday 20th - IRONMAN Ireland - Full Distance - 07:00 from Front Strand*
Monday 21st - IM Ireland Awards, Results and WC Slot Rolldown - Dolphin Square - 11:00
*Swim start location is subject to prevailing weather conditions
